Doctoral and Postdoctoral PositionsWe welcome applications for both doctoral and
postdoctoral research positions in isotope and trace element geochemistry. Although the Max Planck Institute itself does not award academic degrees, we cooperate closely with the Earth Sciences Department of the University of Mainz , and we are open to cooperation with other universities. Max-Planck-funded stipends for doctoral positions are available for a maximum period of 3 years. In general, applications require a C.V. and 1 to 3 letters of recommendation. For postdoctoral applications, a publication list and an informal research proposal (1 to 3 pages) are also required. | |
